This new upscale project of 153 townhome units of 1, 2, & 3 bedroom configurations will be the largest residential development in Kailua in over 2 decades. Sales were slated to begin (by lottery as it is predicted to be oversubscribed) in the fall of 2012, with projected completion in 2014, however as of late 2013, the lottery has been postponed to late 2013/early 2014. They will be located on Kailua road adjacent to the regional park and soccer fields and the current condominium zoned area of Aoloa street. The location of these condominiums is excellent, with the town of Kailua just a few minute stroll away. Site work has already commenced.
