Turtle Bay, Kuilima, and Ocean Villas Real Estate The Ocean Villas are true oceanfront condos and have resort zoning, which enables owners to rent their beachfront Turtle Bay property on a nightly basis. Room and concierge service are also available in the Ocean Villas.
The Kuilima Condos have been popular with locals and investors in Hawaii Real Estate for years, and as of 2020, it is one of the only legal developments for short term rentals on the North Shore. A mix of visitors and locals, the condos offer gated access, private swimming pools, a tennis court, and golf course views, all in a resort-like setting. In 2012, the Kuilima condo owners were offered the fee conversion on the leasehold interest in both the Kuilima east and the Kuilima west condominium complexes. The Kuilima East and Kuilima West hold different associations with different management companies. Kuilima East units are pet friendly, while the Kuilima West unit is not.
Kuilima condos offer easy access to all of the surrounding beaches as well as the Turtle Bay Golf course, restaurants, and activities. Turtle Bay Resort restaurants include Roy's Beach House, Lei Lei's, The Point: A Pool Bar (one of the only spots for live music on the North Shore), and the Lobby Lounge. Visitors to Turtle Bay Resort enjoy activities such as snorkeling with sea turtles, North Shore surf lessons, walking tours, and whale watching. When the sun and sand become too much, retreat to the Spa at Turtle Bay, Nalu Spa & Salon, or shop at one of the many boutiques.
