Kawela Bay is one of only three gated communities on the North Shore of Oahu

There are rarely listings available in this exclusive enclave, but when they do become available you'll find them on this page.  Most of the Kawela Bay properties are beachfront, with a few interior homes also existing in the community.  I personally know many of the owners in this community (Honokawela), and if you are dead set on finding a property in Kawela Bay, I can knock doors, send letters, and do whatever it takes to find you a Kawela Bay or Kawela Kai oceanfront home or property.
