Wahiawa has some of the coolest temperatures on Oahu because of its higher elevation. The tallest peak on the island, Mt. Ka`ala is 4,000 feet. Wahiawa is 15 minutes from both Pearl Harbor and the North Shore and lies between the Ko`olau and Wai`anae mountain ranges. Wahiawa is a former plantation town and has a wide variety of affordable, livable place from townhouses, condominiums and patio homes to single-family homes. Land ownership is mixed Fee Simple or Leasehold.
